​A Little History

​Custom-Built Ltd. was founded in October 2004 by Adam Jones, encompassing twenty-five years of experience in joinery, carpentry and construction. Over the last eight years, the company has earned a stellar reputation in the local area for work of an outstanding calibre, alongside excellent customer service and project management.

Adam works with a small group of qualified and experienced local tradesman and sub-contractors, who have built a strong relationship with both company and customer, providing consistency and reliability on every job.
​Moving Forward

Starting with small extensions and conversions, Custom-Built's portfolio quickly expanded into larger builds and multiple-property sites, never compromising on quality or attention to detail. However still taking great pride in the smallest of extensions.

With experience, companies often struggle to escape their comfort zones. However, Custom-Built are always looking at ways to innovate and include the latest environmentally friendly technologies and sustainable energy solutions into their projects.

In 2008, all homes completed included ground and air sourced heating systems, rain water harvesting and efficient insulation and under-floor heating.

Custom-Built Ltd are proud to be members of both LABC New Homes Warranty.

The warranty provides the cost of rectifying works, partial or complete rebuilding where a new property has suffered by major damage.
Having a warranty in place gives you peace of mind and the assurance that the development has been built to the highest standards.

We are delighted to announce the Adam has recently been awarded the South West Reginal Site Manager award for his work at The Halve, Warminster.
